Jea Mira (Joanna Mira Dołba, born 11th of May 2000) has spent the better part of the last two decades refining her sound into the latest and most vibrant evolution of pop music. Born in Poland, but now based in London, Jea was inspired to create music by a constant and diverse mix of influences that ranged from modern icons like Rihanna and Lorde, to timeless legends like Fleetwood Mac.
With charm and character, Jea weaves the sound that rallies around a sleek pop melody and unmistakable emotive depth. With the voice that uncovers low velvety tones, and also soars to incredible heights, Jea has the ability to infuse every note with raw emotion.
Released independently, her single "Best I’ve Never Had" was featured on the cover of the Spotify playlist "Fresh Finds Poland" which highlights emerging independent talents on the platform. This was followed by the successful reception of her single "Mine". The song was recognised by the editors of streaming platforms and appeared in some of Spotify’s major global playlists like ‘EQUAL Global’ or "Indie Love Songs".
Jea Mira has recently joined the 2024 class of Spotify RADAR Poland. RADAR has been the global home for what’s next in sound, lifting up rising artists, as they develop and expand their global reach.
